The way to make lentil-filled bitter gourd is very simple

 Bitter lentils


  Bitter _____ 4 to 5 numbers

  Oil _____ 4 to 5 tablespoons

 Chopped onion _____ 1 piece

  Garlic paste _____ 1 tbsp

  Cumin _____ 1 tablespoon

 Crushed coriander _____ 1 tablespoon

 Crushed red pepper _____ 1 tablespoon

  Hot spices _____ 1 tablespoon

 Crushed turmeric _____ 1 teaspoon

 Crushed cumin _____ 1 tablespoon

 Ground white pepper _____ 1 tbsp

  Chaat masala _____ 1 tablespoon

  Boiled lentils _____ 1 pie 250 grams

  Salt _____ to taste

  Cream _____ 2 to 3 tablespoons

  Fresh green coriander chopped _____ to taste

  Tamarind sauce _____ 1 to 2 tablespoons


 Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium heat, then add chopped onion and fry well till it becomes golden.

 Now add garlic paste, crushed red chilli, hot spice, crushed turmeric, crushed coriander, crushed white pepper, crushed black pepper and chaat masala and mix well to make the mixture.

 Now add boiled lentils and fry well.

 Now add salt and cream and mix well, then add chopped coriander and fry well, then add tamarind sauce and mix well.

 Now take the peeled and well cleaned crabs and fill them with lentils one by one then wrap the thread on it so that they do not open while frying.

 Now heat the oil in a pan and add the lentil-filled crabs and fry them well. When they turn golden brown, remove them and place them on a tissue paper so that the excess oil is absorbed into the tissue paper.

 Hot delicious lentils are ready.
