What is cloud computing and how does it work?

Cloud computing is a technology that delivers different services through the internet.  These resources include many tools and applications such as data storage, servers, databases, networking, and software.  From software and analytics to secure and secure data storage and networking resources, everything is delivered on the Internet.  So what is cloud computing and how does it work?

What is cloud computing?

This technology allows us to store our files on a hard drive or local storage device in a cloud-based storage that allows it to be stored in a remote database.  As long as your electronic device can access the web, you can access information stored in your cloud.

In cloud computing we do all the work on the network from accessing data to storing data.  We cannot use this technology without internet.  With the use of this technology we do not need to use hard drive in our device.

Because cloud computing is Internet based computing, we can share resources with other devices as needed.

The information is stored on a physical server that is maintained and controlled by a cloud computing provider

The information stored in the cloud can be accessed at any location and downloaded to your device.

High computing power, low cost service, high performance, scalable, accessibility and availability have made cloud computing a high demand service.

How does cloud computing work?

Cloud computing stores information and software on a physical server.  This is controlled by the server provider.

The cloud has two layers, one front end and the other backend.  The front end is the layer that we can see and interact with.  And backend is the architecture of hardware and software that helps make the front visible to us.

Uses network layers to gain access to cloud resources and connect to different devices.  Cloud technology users can use the data center through the company's network or internet facilities.

In a cloud computing system, the workload shifting mechanism is performed.  The local computer cannot perform lifting operations to run applications.

Cloud technology automatically handles heavy loaded tasks easily and efficiently.  Due to this, the demand for hardware and software in this technology decreases.

The only thing the user thinks about here is the system's cloud computing interface software, which works like a web-browser on the user's front end.  The cloud network automatically manages the rest of the season in the back-end and is connected to the back-end virtual network or the Internet.

Cloud computing tapes

There are three main types of cloud computing: Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service.  Each type of cloud computing offers different levels of control, flexibility, and management so that you can choose the right service for your needs.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

IaaS provides on-demand infrastructure, including network storage and computers that reduce your workload.  This service provides you with the highest level of flexibility and management control.  You can use this service for your business.

Platform as a Service (PaaS)

In this model, the company rents servers and storage from cloud providers.  They then use cloud infrastructure to build their applications.

PaaS provides a full development environment where software is built, tested, and deployed to meet its predetermined constraints.

This feature allows the customer to focus on business and product creativity instead of additional infrastructure concerns.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

This service is commonly used for business purposes.  In this model, instead of installing the application on your device, SaaS applications are hosted on cloud servers and the user accesses them on the Internet.

Cloud Services  Examples

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Google App Engine

Microsoft OneDrive

Google Calendar:

Cloud Computing Advantages and Disorders.

Advantages.

Cost Savings

Cloud computing is one of the worst shipping costs for companies. It costs less than any other technology compressor.

High speed

Cloud Computing starts a service with a few clicks, so whenever you want to start a service, you get the resources you need for your system in just a few minutes.

Security

Cloud service providers provide the best security standards for compressing your information.

Back-up and restore data

Once Cloud stores the data, you can easily backup and recover the data.

Automatic Software Integration:

In the cloud you will find the flashes of automatic software integration.

Disadvantages.

Technical Issues

Cloud technology is always a problem of technical issues.  Even the best cloud service providers have to deal with this problem despite high standards of maintenance.

Security Threat

Another drawback to working with cloud computing services is that there is a security risk.  Before adopting cloud technology, you need to know all about the fact that because you are sharing sensitive information about your company with a third party, hackers can access this information.

Internet Connectivity

Cloud computing services require a good internet connection to do this.  You cannot access the cloud without Internet connectivity.

Lower Bandwidth

Most cloud storage services provide limited bandwidth usage for their users.  Therefore, if your organization surpasses the given allowance, additional charges can be quite expensive.

Lacks of Support

Cloud computing companies are failing to provide proper support to their users.  They want their users to rely on FAQs or online help.  This can be a difficult task for non-technical persons.
