 Constipation has become a global problem due to hemorrhoids and colon cancer and is the cause of many socks which include gas.  Constipation has always been the mother of diseases in the eyes of physicians and doctors have called it the cause of respiratory illnesses.  Hemorrhoids, whether bloody or bad, are caused by constipation.  In today's age of fast foods and spicy foods, the incidence of these problems is on the rise, which is why people often do not pay much attention to the disease of constipation.  People also ignore constipation that lasts for two or three days or more.  Constipation often causes hemorrhoids, which, if left untreated, can lead to surgery.  Prolonged retention of feces in the large intestine and being in a hard state can damage the intestinal walls, which increases the risk of colon cancer.  If you have constipation, bleeding with stools and abdominal pain for no reason, see a doctor as soon as possible.



There are many causes of constipation but the most important are mentioned.  Avoid marketing stories.  Don't eat spicy food.  Eat more vegetables and fibrous vegetables.  Do not drink water for an hour after eating.  Avoid Pepsi, Coca-Cola and Sprite after meals.  Do not eat peppers.  Use more yogurt in your diet.  Don't stop when the stool comes.

 Walking for 15 minutes a day helps digest food faster.  If you feel drowsy after eating too much, try walking instead of lying down, which will speed up the digestion process and prevent constipation.

Lemon water

The citric acid in lemon water stimulates the digestive system and helps to flush out toxins from the body.  Use a glass of lemon water or lemons in tea every morning, which will improve the digestive system.

Coffee

Coffee relieves constipation by stimulating the intestines. Other hot drinks can also be helpful, such as herbal tea or a cup of warm water containing a small amount of lemon juice or honey.

raisin

In addition to being rich in fiber, raisins also contain tartaric acid, which has a mild laxative effect.  According to a study, people who consume half an ounce of raisins daily, their digestive system works twice as fast.  Cherries and apricots are also rich in fiber and strongly relieve constipation.

Mint or ginger tea

Both mint and ginger are home remedies for various gastrointestinal complaints.  Menthol in mint helps relax the esophageal muscles, while ginger is a warm herb that raises body temperature and helps digest food faster.
