Computer keyboard function keys or F-keys marked from F1 to F12 are keys defined by the operating system through special functions. These can be combined with Alt or Ctrl keys. Here is a list of keyboard shortcuts that use keyboard function keys.

F1
Almost always used as a help key, when this key is pressed the help screen of almost any program is opened. If you are on the Windows screen, it will open a Windows help screen for you.
F2
Allows you to rename a selected icon, file or folder.
F3
Moment P opens the search feature of any active application with Microsoft Windows.
F4
Windows 95 aur later version me Windows Explorer me browsing ke time drive selection or address bar ko open karta hai. Alt+F4 press karne se open program close ho jata hai. Ctrl+F4 current active window me open window ko close karta hai.
F5
Pressing all modern browsers refreshes or reloads a page or document.
F6
Moves the cursor to the address bar of Internet Explorer, Mozilla and other browsers.
F7
Commonly Microsoft programs like Microsoft Word, Outlook etc. It is used to check the spelling and grammar of wine documents.
F8
Boot the computer; pressing repeatedly starts the computer in safe mode.
F9
Microsoft Word refreshes the Document and Microsoft Outlook May e-mails send and receive.
F10
Activates the File menu in all computer versions. Right click on selected item works, this tab works when it is not possible to right click with mouse.
F11
Internet Browser works by entering and resetting in full screen mode.

Microsoft Word opens this dialog box.
